Great Blue Gold Warranty

Gold Epoxy Floor Warranty

Most coatings fail for one reason: the concrete wasn't prepped. We diamond-grind every floor, build it in proper layers (epoxy base, full flake, polyaspartic topcoat) and use commercial-grade product. That's why we can put 10 years in writing.

Care & Maintenance

Keep It Looking New

Following these keeps your warranty valid — and your floor lasting well past it.

Epoxy & Polyaspartic Flake Floors+
  1. 1Walk on it 24 hours after the clear topcoat; drive on it after 48 hours.
  2. 2Sweep or dust-mop weekly so grit doesn't dull the finish.
  3. 3Wash with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. No citrus, acid or bleach cleaners.
  4. 4Rinse road salt and slush off through the winter — don't let it sit.
  5. 5Wipe up oil, gas, brake fluid and chemicals the same day.
  6. 6Put pads under kickstands, jacks and furniture legs. Don't drag heavy or sharp things.

Claims

Making a Claim

  1. 1Report a suspected issue to us in writing — text 519-913-3100 or email info@greatbluecompany.com — with a photo if you can.
  2. 2We'll arrange an inspection, usually within two weeks.
  3. 3Valid claims are repaired at no charge for labour or materials. Repairs are to the affected area; a patched area can look slightly different from the rest.

Something not right?

Send us a photo and we'll take a look. We stand behind our work.

This warranty starts on the completion date and applies to the original customer at the installation address. It covers repair of the work we did — not other costs, damages or replacement of the whole surface. It doesn't change any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
